We specialize in building young leaders for public service at the heart of government as an essential pillar of good governance in Africa.

Today, we work in four countries with our government and national partners to ensure that cadres of diverse young women and men are trained and fast-tracked to leadership roles in the civil service and that there is greater gender and youth inclusion in all decision-making about public services and goods.
