About the Public Service Fellowship
Our flagship program is a one-year program that equips young professionals with the technical and soft skills to be more effective leaders and prepares them for entry into the public sector. Now in the eighth year of operations, the network of young, ethical leaders within Ghana’s public sector continues to grow and achieve positive impact across their communities.
Our unique leadership and capacity-building program provides a sustainable pathway into public service for recent university graduates in Ghana. Following a meritocratic application and recruitment process, Fellows receive 12 months of responsive training, mentorship and coaching, professional development, performance management, and community engagements. Upon graduation, they join our Alumni Network, an ecosystem of support of more than 700 pan-African leaders across the continent who continue to drive innovation and transformation in their exemplary public sector careers.
