Our recruitment numbers are doubling! Young professionals are driven to serve their communities and build government capacity to deliver efficient and effective public policy and services. Across four countries, we’ve welcomed new Fellows and alumni into our pan-African network of more than 500 public servants.
At international and national conferences, including on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly sessions with EPL Co-Founders, H.E. former President of Liberia and Nobel Laureate, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and Betsy Williams, we progressed conversations with funders, government partners, implementers, and young leaders that will strengthen collaboration to scale through government.
Read about our new cohorts, the questions we are moving forward to strengthen investment in government capacity, and more in our October 2026 Newsletter.
